Management did a $14MM ATM to pay for hard boiled egg bits?????

Great food tidbits: full-blown bagel treats, hard boiled egg bits, sour cream, onions, chives; all you could drink java; fruit; donuts, and bottled water. First-class meeting all-in-all, except content was almost totally boiler plate.

I f i understand correctly your explanation would be under normal circumstances. The mistakes were/are unknowns so theoretically, would weird results not be censored?
The docs would not know a mistake was made but may see abnormal results.

Just thinking out loud with no understanding of the censorinh.

It was nice to meet you entdoc.
I'm also really glad I was able to make it this year.
Next ASM will be the "celebration" ASM.

A couple of things I got from it>
Regarding the "class action" threats - they are all "fishing" for business, and IF they get a lead plaintiff, it will only be one case. Also, PPHM has insurance to pay for the attorneys that are involved in that, so it will not distract from the important other things they are working on. Had teh opportunity to talk to that attorney.

It was great to be able to meet and chat with several stockholders and finally put a face with the name. I'm confident that management is looking out for all of our best interests. Nice to be able to talk with SK - it was a very open and professional event. I'm confident we will get there after this is cleared up. There is a possibility that the data will be able to be used IMO as long as it can be sorted out properly.

someone asked about value of Avid, and I believe the answer was typically 1.5X-2X revenue for the type of business avid is. So IMO that value alone would likely be close to where the market cap is currently. Might need to pick some more up here!
