That would be the key IMO. If they know that minority shareholders have a strong voice, then they will think twice about diluting without adding real value.

Sounds to me that it might have been a little scare tactic. Get rid of all the XTRN guys cheaply and then the PR's move the stock to $5 or more.

I'm going to stay and watch for awhile.

I tried buying at the bid but no takers.
