VWAP simply means volume weighted average price, and that's how convertible debt is calculated. this looks like debt holder selling to me. they don't have to do it on any schedule. they will protect the chart as best they can, while shaking out the max number of flippers. all good, as far as i'm concerned. i'll have more powder tomorrow. :-)
