I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet, although I certainly can't argue with those who do- as previously stated, I am in this hero or zero, and still believe that, while Val just may be totally in over his head/possibly incompetent; he is not a crook/scam artist and is doing his best,for whatever that is worth- of course, "doing one's best" doesn't help if one's best is not good enough- again and alas, only time will tell
