Paulness, If synDNA held up all the announced IND submissions for 2004 then how come CYGX continued to report in their filings that they were submitting an IND on these dates? Why not just state that they were working on something and the IND's would be put on the back burner? Notice the last submission date below....filing of 11/15/04 with an IND submission date of 8/2004.

8/14/03 filing..........12/03 IND submission

11/20/03 filing.........4/2004 IND submission

8/23/04 filing.............8/2004 IND submission

11/15/04 filing............8/2004 IND submission

We are sure that you will not answer these questions either as you did not answer our last question about "our made up scenario?" You never answer a question put directly to you because you have no answer.
