Both statements are correct. There is no DTC Chill in effect & TDA is not allowing buys.

Those saying TDA is not allowing buys are those with TDA accounts.

i tried to place a buy order and a sell order with tda and got the unable to process due to dtc chill message,i don't know what they are telling people on the phone but if there is no chill they need to correct this problem until then i have to assume there is a chill.
