#2219 RE: Jagman #2214

Jagman - Regarding your comments on FASC, I certainly do not take anything you say personally. In fact in most regards I totally agree with you. The $50,000 bonuses eroded investor confidence. The lack of PR's to update and educate investors is another area of problems. Also the lack of updates on present markets, etc. Also, the frustrating wait and disappointments over the last 4 1/2 years as the technology has been refined step by step.

I think my motivations and investment objectives are not understtod. They are simply these:

1. The possibility of a substantial news release within the next few weeks is much better thn50/50 in my opinion. If so, it will spurt the stock up dramatically and in a very short time frame. If not, believe I can still get out with a profit.

2. My near term investment objective is just trading. If right, will sell totally into the PR news and its effects.

3. I think FASC must address many of the problems you see and point out. I think a severe correction is in store--and a reverse split, which is likely needed, would be devastating to the stock short term. Overall, following the stock closely for nearly 5 years now--I weigh the pros and cons, and think FASC has real potential value, and at a potentially very low price.

You are rather a lone figure on the FASC board--where anything negative is not well tolerated. I support most of your observations. Waitedg
