hahaha... Yes, ALL companies that go public sell shares. That's why they are public and not private companies (!) They just got a grant too, so.... looking like its leveling out to move back up.
That's how subbies all work, and some are great after initial financing whether through dilution or otherwise. Some suck eggs. It's my money though so cheers! You don't like it? That's ok too.
