It's possible (think Steri-Tap product line) but considering the company is in a marketing phase, I wouldn't think sales would be at the level to fully support their capital requirements.
Management likely is issuing preferred B stock (they just increased the number of preferred shares recently) to generate the necessary capital as opposed to common shares.
