...and if he did who would prosecute?? the SEC??LOL I don't think there's a poster on these boards including you that hasn't gotten some sort of inside info from time to time. Heck, from what I've read on the BCIT board it could be argued that you recieved illegal info. from Megas. That one even has the SEC's attention...are they beating on your door?? Face the facts, most of what goes on in the pinks in RE insider info. is not worth the SEC's time and trouble.

Ok this is what I can say for now. We talked about furniture and we talked about other properties being sought. And FWIW the Nashville office is real. I was in it today. The Loftwerks sign is haning on the front of the building on 4th AVE N. I went this weekend the first time and no one was there. We talked about why he came to Nashville. We talked about how the stock was being manipulated by shorts. We talked about the share structure. Which he own 60 million restricted shares. The public float is just over 24 million now. 200 million Auth. I told him there were worries about the company dumping shares. He said no. Not the problem. He was very upset about the situation. I will be working with him on this problem. Now thats all I will say untill I can. Mallard
