I'm guessing the time might be coming shortly that this stock gets out of the manure pile and does something.

Jbog, yes this has been a horrible investment for years now. The question is, why do you see it changing in the near future?

The only driver that seems to have any hope near term is the mEnox court related matters, and I think there are more unknowns than knowns there even if things all go right. A mCopax approval would move things a bit, not sure how much with 3+ years to wait on any revenue from the approval. What do you see?
