I am agreeing in that yes ASK moved down and it was the same order that started 177K around 2PM and when it got a few little hits the remaining moved down like 100k to .0043 then that same seller moved like 50K down to .004 so the 12K that got bid whacked out this AM was just that same seller emptying that trade, same MM the whole time was watching L2 closely
