Jay Gottlieb owned 9.9% of the shares of XTRN. Good reason for Darryl to be scared.

Darryl did also mention that their goal is to make the company profitable quickly. That was probably the best thing he said in the whole conversation and I forgot to write it!

I'm trying to GET OUT but there are...

NO Buyers for my few thousand shares...I am not happy with the way things have gone down, and I want OUT...Especially after your talk with Alpha Innotech beigledog...I need this money for stocks that actually have a chance to go UP in the near future...What a waste of time this one has been, but I learned not to play this kind of game again in the future...Oh well...

How long are the 8.3 MM Alpha Innotech shares restricted for beigledog??? Did you find that out, or is it in one of the recent SEC Filings? I haven't read them all that well...TIA

Hi BD - that's weird for a company to actually admit that they don't give a damn about shareholders, leading us to believe that there will be dilution.

Given the projected numbers - 16 million in revenue and 10 million shares o/s, the price arguably could be as high as 3-4 p/s, as high as $5 a shares.

Maybe they just want to have the XTRN outsider shareholders sell as low as possible.

Dilution is not necessarily bad if it is used to create accretive value. If it's done just to give shares to management, then they could have issues of breach of fiduciary duty to us minority shareholders.

Are there any big XTRN shareholders left that will look after the interests of the minority 17%. This may be the key thing to determine.
