So are you suggesting that EJ is not selling at GNC as we have been led to believe, hence the need for a "Bridge Loan"? and that the deal to sell EJ through 200 independent pharmacies in Florida did not work out because EJ was not selling well and they were not interested?

Do you have any information on why the LOI never got finalized?

Makes sense, maybe they are on a net 20 and we are just waiting on a big check any day now from GNC. Hope you are right about big pharma!!
