Yeah shore that is an explanation and it could mean anything from paying for postage to copier repair to paying for lab results. My question was more as to "why." Were they so close that 250,000 was to pay the electric bill or was the lab bill 3 million and the had 2.75 million in the bank? Why again would a company getting a small but steady stream of income from EJ need to borrow such a small amount (not to me and you) but a company valued at over 15 million (145 million shares times .11) Now it all seems like a moot point all this discussion over pennies when we are on the brink of big news coming fast and furious over the next few weeks!
