Hum, lets look at a post from a day or so ago on this Cdex board:
"SOMEBODY tested the new BID by selling a bit over 400 shares at around 17 cents. The same as selling 4000 at the presplit 1.7 cents."
Well today, using the above anaolgy, we saw this happen:
Cdex Inc. (QB) (CEXID)
$ 0.51 ? 0.339 (198.25%) Volume: 5,965
Bid .23 Ask .51 at the close of market
Day's Range 0.171 - 0.51
SO TODAY the presplit was 1.7 to 5.1 cents and 59,650 shares.
The close was presplit 2.3 to 5.1 cents.
Hey, that 60 cents almost made a VERY early appearance, LOL!!!
Anybody want to take a stab at what happen to a creditor today............ "ON PAPER"?
It is interesting, that a creditor today who was owed $5000.00 by Cdex received 33,333 shares as per agreement in the BK. For each 15 cents owed, she received 1 share of Cdex stock. ( Which cannot be sold for 6 months ). If that creditor could have sold her shares at the bid of .23, today, she would have received $7,666.59 cents today, for her $5,000 she had been owed.
And to think, a BK normally gives a creditor and a shareholder ZERO.
Now, obviously, know one knows where we will be 5 months and 26 days from today, but just think how a creditor must feel looking at her "ON PAPER" share value.... $2,666.59 on the bid side, ahead of her owed invoice, and $11,999.83 above what she was owed on the ask side.
Pretty interesting is it not. Even to little ole JR, LOL!!!!
