I feel like after the mess is straightened out if I dont like the results or feel like it is not true I will do what I can about it. I have spoken to someone I know and trust at PPHM he was not able to give me anything helpful. For that I am thankful if he did I would know we were going to loose every law suit against us. I would have sold all my shares and bought a small amount of options in case they got away with sharing non public info with me. I see no reason to start a beef over these facts when they are in shut down mode and I have zero chance of getting a response and I feel our chance of getting a response on anything is about zero until this is over. I will wait it out. Others dont see that as worth the risk for them I hold no ill feelings to the longs who sold out nor the shorts who have profited from this third party scr*w up. I am buying options again and might add shares but I own a ton and expect to profit significantly from it. I have been wrong before and I can live with it no matter the pain it might cause.
