Thats right Robbin . In reality the original cost of the Patent is what ever mental effort was used and the cost of filing the patent with the PTO. Havnt filed one myself but prop no more than a couple grand. Id say, ok pay me back 3.5 mil , now you cant use it . so shut down your searh operation right now . Now what do u think there worth.
