All of what I said can be assumed by his past antics. Understand, I agree with you, he should agree on just about any terms RIGHT NOW! He has nothing to lose and all to gain. He has lost all leverage!
By the time this guy gets off his ask to put this POS into market, someone else would have come out with something far better, by that time this thing will be obsolete. and they will probably get it into market much quicker and professional then he would ever do.
