The study appears to have been done for a single Rock-Tenn site "entity", and not for JBI Inc. This is why CapEx and EBITDA are important to break out, as these two figures are the two most important ones for potential investors (in the site, not in JBI Inc.), although it may well have been the catalyst to closing the last big PIPE and to secure the participation of some of the prominent investors. It's entirely likely (IMO) that these same people would invest in a RKT co-located entity (if that's how they will structure it), the terms of which may already have been negotiated with key milestones (for JBI to hit) already set.
This is just my speculation, however.
