That buyout rumor is just that..a rumor! GoldCorp have been linked to numerous junior miners in Mexico. A buyout could come from them or it could come from Primero or any number of other major minining companies. I don't believe GoldCorp was categorically stated to be the buyout candidate. That's why words like 'could' and 'possible' were used. Go ahead and phone GoldCorp...even if they were the buyout company they certainly WOULD NOT tell you one way or the other prior to the event. In fact they would deny it point blank so I'd say it was a pointless exercise.
