think that we can all agree that it has been proven that S.S. sold 1,035,000 shares on March 29th 2012. That's all we can prove that he's sold.

Take a look at the link below. Form 4 dated 3/23/2012. Silverman got 13,500,000 shares. Then on 3/29/2012 he sold 1,035,000 shares.

I don't see the big deal. As I've mentioned in previous posts, I'm more interested in the 200,000 promisary note that he hasn't paid back..
