the only time I've seen spreads like this is when there's a very small public float, and/or someone wants to inhibit buying.... If there was an entity looking to dump a lot of shares.... they'd make it easy to buy... that certainly doesn't seem to be the case here... even with that 504 listed in their 15c-211 filing..
