Talk to any doctor you know and they will tell you that the studies that work in mice, but fail with humans are as numerous as the stars in the sky. The only thing that press release did for me was re-affirm that they got nothing from Reynolds. If you are willing to put out a press release on a successful test in mice then you would certainly be willing to put out a press release on getting a material settlement from Reynolds. No press release about Reynolds leads me to believe that no material event took place.
