Anytime a person is forced to go to court on a criminal complaint it is a VERY BIG DEAL!
A criminal complaint can simply be a fine, but it can also mean jail time. IT IS NOT A misdemeanor. Criminal is more than having a few beers and puking on the sidewalk, it is very serious stuff.
Some are hoping it is BH’s past catching up with him, we shall see I guess!
The company under BH just suffered a huge judgment against it and now the CEO is back in court explain a criminal complaint, great guy this CEO.
Considering his past this is just one more nail!
