The restructure is on they way and it will be tied to stock sales and/or a reverse split. I believe the CEO is just out and out lying to everyone and later will make a grand speech on how hard he tried to secure " friendly Financing" and grow the company and unfortunately this new restructure was the only way. Afterward he will launch into another golden carrot BLOG hype program how great the company will be if you just buy into his hype and buy more stock
Those who said in the past WB was not the ordinary penny stock company have already been proven wrong
I have yet to be wrong about one of the crappy pennies .. I would very much like to be proven wrong here for the longs sake
unfortunately, the the odds of that are slim to none
