Till the merger is on paper and filed with financial's disclosed we are just guessing at what this stock is worth.
Actually Calrod, we do know the value of this stock, its worth .0303, which is the current PPS. What we are guessing about is the facts that surround this "gonna be great" investment. We have no way of knowing what if anything or when the doc's on the merger have been or will be filed. We have no way of knowing there will be an audit performed. Who here among us has not been invested in a penny stock that has said over and over that they would be doing an audit and up listing, only to drag it out for months on end.... We know of no actual contracts, just rumors and talk of such things by posters here...
Just as we have no way of really knowing that what the nay say'ers are talking about is real, we have no way of knowing that anything the supporters say will ever happen. What we do know is that our investments, for the most part, are in the RED, and that the company has actually NEVER done one positive thing, other then put out fluff, forward looking PR's to bring any value to this investment.
So I say again, we know the actual value of this, its .0303 the current PPS as of this writing. We are still waiting on proof of anything other then that. With each passing day, I grow more skeptical of us ever seeing any actual value here. GLTA
