Mario, I understand what you are saying, and if this were the first time Sunncomm failed to produce a signed off audit, I would probably sit by and wait. However, this is TIME NO. 3.

The fact that you will neither deny or confirm the status of the audit in relationship to the signing off by auditors in and of
itself is cause for suspect.
