Let me see if I understand this correctly,

Any penny should be extra cash lying around bets no need for a lecture in every post on how to trade penny stocks.

I would advise any penny player to do some DD on NSRS and realize that the past trading was made up on a pump and dump and you should not make a bet on baseless hopes of every post lecturing of Good News or Promo Program MAYBE COMING ;-)
