The SEC does not analyze Form S-1 filings to “prove” or verify the accuracy of all of its contents. Rather, CEOs and CFOs of publicly traded companies generally certify under oaths as to the accuracy of their recent SEC filings. If, however, you are alleging that a particular filing includes false or misleading information, please provide us with specific details, including the company’s name and your contact number.

WHY takes it that long time ???
