AHFD The R/S you mentioned was LAST YEAR 10/31/11 EX DATE. Not this year. And yes, the indicators are bottoming this week. AHFD needs to cross the 5dma(.0021), 10dma(.0024), and 20dma(.0028) this coming week. Pr or no pr, if there are real products in GNC doing a test of 800 stores, as confirmed by many here, there should be great news from the company whenever they update. That shelf space is more valuable to GNC than it is to AHFD. You don't let everyone test their products in your stores and certainly not 800 locations. If the product test well there will be no problem getting financing and support for future increased production to fully stock and replenish GNC stores and any other company that wants to sell these bars.
The trading looked to me to be manipulation, plain and simple, and until buyers attack the ask and maintain that, the manipulation may continue.
The charts say that now is the right time to move her up with force. Stop falling for gap and traps, opening lower or higher. Just buy and relax.
