I would like to address both of the PR quotes if I can... number one, the appointment of the auditor... by their own words they said they should be done by end of the first quarter 2013.... thats 6 months from now. That gives them 6 months to come up with reasons as to why its late.... which would go along with the fact that they told us there would be a merger between APII and Corewafer almost a year ago now and its still not officially done.... and that leads to item number 2.
The PR concerning the filing of the merger papers. It has been three weeks since that PR was released and still nothing has shown up on the Nevada Sec of State. Folks I have been doing this for a long time, I have had direct contact with them ( The Nevada Sec of State office ) and I know what it takes and how the procedure for filing works... It does not take 3 weeks to file merger papers. So whats taking so long this should have been done within a week of the Sept 21 press release. Its time for these people to step up and start to show real, actual value for their shareholders.
I am a holder and I actually support this company, but I do not support BS and I dont support this continuing this or that is going to happen and it never does crap we have been hearing now for far to long.
