The "trial" you are referring to is for the rescheduling of marijuana as a schedule 1 drug. Right now, marijuana is considered by the government to be a drug that is as dangerous as heroin or meth. Obviously this is not the case, but with the joke war on drugs, and Obama still using federal resources to go after state legal marijuana distributors, there is no guarantee that marijuana will be rescheduled. Exciting times nonetheless. If it is rescheduled, there should be lots of buyers coming in.
