Hope so and very possible.Guessing that there has been a power struggle going on here for some time and perhaps the financial filings are a part of that.Or maybe not a power struggle, but they're certainly getting ducks in a row and putting in writing things that were previously understood.Maybe good news is around the corner? Not a conspiracy but just a couple of guesses looking at the timeline below.
