As far as issuer size and the revenue range of $1 to $1 million exactly does this means?

It means that NNLX had sales/revenues (NNLX is the issuer...of their securities) in the range of $1 to $1,000,000.

They sold something.

But not more than $1,000,000 worth.

Of their products.

Not the securities/stock. They haven't sold any of the securities/stock, from this offering, as of the date of the filing (07/18/2012).

You should also note, if you haven't already, that the securities sold under this Rule 506, from a non-reporting company (NNLX), are restricted for ONE (1) year. If they were fully reporting then the restrictive period, for the purchased securities, would be for six (6) months.

Restricted = holding period. The purchaser(s) of the NNLX securities must not sell (into the marketplace) said securities for at least one year.
