if they buy the company and the tech becomes theirs, then they would be in the drivers seat an able to go after the other companies who also used this tech. Good way to cover the cost of taking vrng.

I agree that ruling on no willful infringement late Friday will allow Google to slow play this hand and now its turned into win big or go home time for Vringo....that judge sucks who made those Friday rulings.

Again my Question on 100 exhibits: How long it will take to process those 100 exhibits. Some one in legal back ground pls explain what this means to the trial, or they going to change the course of the trial or they just useless ones just aimed to slow down the trial process??
