i read form as this: ags got those shares from mdce back in april. from co 10q march 31,subsequent event note 15u. seems those shares to ags are now due off the 6 month hold period and ags is filing that form to sell those shares. imo co got nothing from ags , no funding, nothing to show for giveing ags those shares. from what i read, other companies are suing ags because of not able to fund. ags keeps all those shares that other companies give them for nothing and then ags allen silberstein sells them make money for themselves j mho
