People here will never learn. Bereman will dilute this thing just as he has every other stock he has had under this shell. After he drains all the cash he can from you and after a couple of reverse splits and name changes he will just start it all over again with a new company and a new group of people and another group of pumpers to get another bunch of newbies to invest their money on the hopes of a quick double or triple just to get them hooked on another of his scams.
It's a shame to see this happen time after time since 2006. And people just keep on giving him their hard earned money. jmho
