Columbia development is pleasant surprise (we burried this one, we're wrong).
imho SAGD will develop itself through a cocktail of financing + restricted shares + partnerships. a mixture of all.
sampling results will be interesting and "triggering". first one in a week or 2 perhaps ?...i'm sure they "know" a lot already, for instance Baltimore.
