NAVB managment says they are expecting a class II response. I don't think the response level matters that much. NAVB says that much of the problem has already been cleared up. If it is just a matter of a reinspection and the issue has been cleared up an approval will follow shortly, after the inspection of the plants deficiencies with a satisfactory resolution. Pretty hard to assess with the amount of information that we are privy to. One thing is for certain Lymphoseek works and there are many patients with cancer that are being denied the use of a superior diagnostic tool while this continues to drag on.
