Market already uncertain about GTGP. No 8k, to at least outline the move of the company, well, things are already ugly with GTGP sp.

I know you do not need to, but some here really need to actually read Reg FD to realize for themselves the necessity of an 8k four days after the Monday, Oct 8, PR.
Reg FD lays it out, and needs no verification.

Sincerely hoping it all works out for the best for GTGP commons.
