True. The fact that they increased the share structure multi billions was pretty grandiose. The fact that they dumped them via Fairchild isn't that significant. Better than a explanation would be some real action. Reverting back to the share structure a year ago would be great.between now and Feb 2013 a lot can happen and most likely will.
