Upon review of the 20 Mar 2012 OTC Quarterly Report (link provided below) you will note that PacWest Equities, Inc. (PWEI) acquired ACLH assets in exchange for 47.5% ownership of 150,000,000 common shares in PWEI. Note that ACT Clean Technologies, Inc., as a corporation, owns these 150,000,000 common shares. How this translates to ACLH shareholders remains unknown.

It is so devastating to realize that ACLH directors/officers have sold ACLH assets without any notification to shareholders. In exchange for ownership in PWEI that has unlikely extended down to us common shareholders; because if it were, we would have likely been made aware of it since release of this 20 March 2012 PWEI quarterly filing. So it seems as though Russell Kidder and his boys have moved on and done well for themselves, and we shareholders are left with nothing.

Per my research, Gary Koelsh, is the president of PacWest Equities, Inc. Koelsh is also [at a minimum] the registered agent for E-Green Marketing, LLC., a California limited liability corporation. He's also listed as having individual ownership in PacWest Equities, Inc.

My guess is that PacWest/Koelsh bought ACLH's assets, the FreeOil and Green Rhino intellectual properties, and gave Russell Kidder and the Andersons (ACLH) ownership in PacWest Equities, Inc. In a sense, ACLH has gone through the laundry and now has a legitimate company under which to continue business. But what about us common shareholders..?? The fact that we have not been notified about the asset sale is not a promising sign of things to come for our shares.

This is an extremely significant finding! I think it is great news that we now own nearly half of PWEI. I hope ACLH would deliver a PR next week to inform their share holders of this significant transaction.

I hope we would all recover our losses.
