PWEI had a 100% increase in share value today to $ 0.475 ? 0.238 (100.42%). So does that mean I now own the same shares in PWEI that I had owned in ACLH...?

We need to get a hold of ACLH leaders. IF it was purchased by PWEI then they were contacted somehow..! If ACLH was sold for 150,000,000 shares of PWEI how does it equate to my share holdings..? We need to start contacting PWEI to validate this news that they now own ACLH...!!!
