And I recall saying at the time that the daic parties didn't get much. What they got was a ticket to court in all of the countries the patent was issued, that's it. Until a considerable amount of money is spent in these other countries, there will be no pay off for them. The daic parties have had the ROW since Dec and what have they accomplished. As far as we know, nothing. Everything is contingent on this Tmob case. If Calypso loses then the daic parties might as well roll up the rug and head home in these other countires. They have no choice but to see this to the end. It really is that important. Some people don't get it, but I think the daic parties understand completely. If there was another option with a quicker payout don't you think the daic parties would be pursuing it. Of course they would. The Tmob case is their and our cash cow. There is nothing else that matters. Everyone can focus on whatever they want to, but the Tmob case is my focus. Without it, there is nothing else. We don't need to re-write history or do whatever, none of it will matter unless calypso prevails in the Tmob case.
