I agree on shares outstanding
but, like I said, when you look at the market cap which is the real relative analysis, I believe, it seems reasonable considering the asset base.
As for the ceo, I feel frustrated at times with the seemingly slow progress/etc, but overall I think this guy and the team has made substantial progress with the company over the past year or so. I think the share price is lagging the progress that has been made and when/if we get a very strong news release (which I believe is coming), the stock will possibly move much higher.
Yes, there are some negatives, but I guess it wouldn't be a penny stock if there weren't.
