#12092 RE: downsideup #12091

So, considering the issues I see here as a citizen, rather than as an interested party ?

If the result the court delivers means they're going to be allowed to succeed in the practice of fraud that is apparent in the valuation questions... ?

I'd rather have the FCC condemn the property, based on the fraud that is being practiced, in violation of the terms of the licenses, and have them re-vend it...

Shareholders wouldn't benefit from that, directly...

But, it would prove what the market value of the property is when there is a proper process of discovery... in a public auction of public property.

And, then, shareholders will at least have a proper price tag to apply to the wrong done them by debtors and management who have defrauded them... as well as a proper cause for action.

Perhaps... you shouldn't expect to see much of anything that occurs just now being validated by others... prior to 2 November ?
