Tenkay, in every NYSE stock listed, if a CEO were to make a stock grab like Reid did, the big-kid stockholders would file class action suits. Here in penny land the stockholders cheer the CEO. Instead of the PPS going down it goes up. Very strange stuff in penny land.
Collecting information about the stock and making a decision to buy sell or hold based on available information and one's interpretation of it is not the same as only focusing on the postive or changing the perspective to reduce dissonance- which is what you are implying.
