trueblue, None of us really needs to read anything. The Judge is the only one that is going to say anything that really matters in this case. also remember this.
I will say this. I do know the Fisher's. In my opinion they are honest. They have been in the treasure business for over 50 years.
The Fisher's are not trying to monopolize the emerald selling business. As a matter of fact they allegedly turned down Jay's offer to sell his emeralds.
Another thing to consider. Jay just turned in a Court paper about the appraisal of emeralds that are valuable, and Jay NEVER
presented those emeralds to the Fisher's Expert to be examined.
Two questions arise in my mind. Why did Jay allegedly violate a Court Order to bring all the emeralds to the Fisher's expert for examination? I think that may be contempt of Court, since the Judge order Jay to bring all of his emeralds to Key West for examination by the Fisher's Expert. My next question would be, Are those emeralds from the Atocha ??
Many things about this case don't add up in my book. ie... Experts saying that emeralds will sink under the sand after years underwater. Jay and Jay Jr. saying that isn't true. Then Jay's attorney goes diving approx. 1 year after Jay takes 60 minutes to his dive site and all the emeralds are lying on top of the sand for 60 minutes to take video. Then a year later. Jay's attorney has to dig down 6 to 12inches to find emeralds. On top of that emeralds fall apart when examined. Worthless emeralds ???
Also I post what I read in the Court Brief's. I don't have a stake in this emerald deal. Some posters have stated they dove the emerald site and posted about it. I assume they have a stake in the outcome. Personally, if both sides are alleging fraud. I think the Judge should ask the FBI to investigate.
Just my opinion
