Unfortunately I agree. This has been a VERY sad year. Tsunami, followed by Katrina/Rita and now earthquakes, not to mention all the man-made violence in the middle east.
Being a low end builder, rather than luxury, should also help SW get contracts for apts and high density living units, shopping malls, warehouses, etc.
